Automobile air conditioners are generally composed of compressors, electronically controlled clutches, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, receiver drier, pipes, condensing fans, vacuum solenoid valves, idlers and control systems. Automotive air conditioners are divided into high pressure pipelines and low pressure pipelines. The high pressure side includes a compressor output side, a high pressure line, a condenser, a receiver drier, and a liquid line; the low pressure side includes an evaporator, an accumulator, a return line, a compressor input side, and a compressor oil pool.

The automobile air conditioning pipeline is mainly composed of the following parts: aluminum pipe, joint, air conditioning hose, air conditioning bellows, aluminum sleeve, filling port, sight glass, pressure switch, O-ring and plastic plug cap.
